Join us in the celebration of autumn with a drive north to the Autumn Leaf Festival held in Clarion followed by a scenic fall drive to Franklin to visit the annual Franklin Apple Festival. Shop at the 42nd annual Ohio Mart, a 120 booth juried craft show sponsored by the Ladies Auxiliary. You may want to tour the beautiful Tudor mansion during your stay, at an additional cost. Stops will also be made at London’s wonderful candy store and Donzell’s Garden Center and Gifts.

LANDOLL’S MOHICAN CASTLE/ GRANDPA’S CHEESE………….... $58.
The overseers of a magnificent castle, which is a hotel, will shower you with the royalty you deserve. During a guided walking tour of the “Castle” grounds, you will be presented with many interesting facts. A buffet lunch is included here. The remainder of the day will be spent visiting Grandpa’s Cheese & Village, Rubbermaid Outlet and Smucker’s.

WESTERN MARYLAND SCENIC RAIL ROAD……………………….…$75.
Our coach will deliver us to Cumberland, Maryland, for a round trip ride on Western Maryland Scenic Railroad’s “Mountain Thunder” steam train. The Helmstetter’s Horseshoe Curve, Brush Tunnel, a mile long gorge and much more, will highlight your route through the gorgeous autumn foliage. Upon arrival in Frostburg, 1,300 feet up, you will enjoy a box lunch, see the train engine turned on the turntable and browse the gift shops before it’s “all aboard” for the return trip. A little time will be allowed in Cumberland to visit the candy store before stopping at Slick’s Ivy Stone in Osterburg, PA for dinner on your own at a hidden treasure of the countryside.

Always a favorite, this festival combines the beauty of autumn with crafts, live music and apple butter simmering over an open fire. You may wish to enjoy a tour of the historic buildings or a horse drawn canal boat ride for an additional charge. A tour and tasting at Raven’s Glen Winery is included.

Spend a glorious autumn day at Peek n Peak’s annual Fall Festival Arts and Crafts celebration. Bring home some of that glorious color in the form of beautiful mums from Paschke Mum Farm. Wine tasting and a tour at a local winery are included before returning home.

Travel to the Ohio Dutch country near Berlin, Oh and visit some of the all time favorite Amish shops. Stops will be made at Heini’s Cheese, Kaufman’s Bakery, Ashery’s Country Store, Lehman’s, Care and Share Baskets, which carries items made by the Amish and a scrumptious Amish style, buffet lunch at Grandma’s Alpine Homestead. You will receive goodies at each stop to fill up your bag!!!

Some of Pennsylvania’s most beautiful Fall Foliage is located in the Laurel Highlands. We have a fun filled day planned for you amidst this autumn splendor. First, you will have a little shopping time in Ligonier along with a chance to vote for the best scarecrow in the annual competition. Next up is a Halloween murder mystery combined with a delicious buffet. Nothing too scary, just fun! Before heading home, we’ll stop at Cairn’s Farm and Pumpkin Patch and take home a souvenir pumpkin!

Frankie sounds and looks almost as good as he did in the 60’s in all of those beach movies you remember with Annette.
