DEPARTURE TIMES, LOCATIONS
Our regular scheduled pick ups will be in Ewing Park Swimming Pool Parking Lot in Ellwood City, Pa., Lawrence Village Plaza in New Castle, Pa, Breakaway Office at 2103 Wilmington Road, New Castle, Pa and K-Mart Parking lot on Rt. 224 in Boardman, Ohio. Occasional additional pick ups will be added as the group dictates and occasional pick ups will be deleted. If your group requires a different pick up, a minimum of 10 people must board. An additional pick may require an additional charge for fuel.

DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS AND SEAT ASSIGNMENTS
Reservations are confirmed when your $75 per person deposit for a multi-day trip or your payment in full for a day trip are received. Seats are assigned according to the receipt of payments, except in rare cases of handicap. We strive to accommodate requests, but cannot always do so. Breakaway Tours does not rotate seats. Upon payment, your cancelled check or credit card statement will be your receipt unless you submit a request for a written receipt. Payments are due in full 45 days before tour departures. However, if seats are available and if possible, you may book up until the day before departure, although it is recommended to book your seat as soon as you know you want to go. Cancellations must be made 45 days before departure for a full refund, unless we are able to resell your seat. Every attempt will be made to refund in the event of an emergency, however, often tickets, rooms and attractions are paid as non-refundable in advance. It is for this reason that Tour Protection is recommended.

MAIL IN YOUR PAYMENT:
MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO: BREAKAWAY TOURS, 2103 Wilmington Rd., New Castle, Pa 16105. Please use a reservation form with your mailed payments or enclose a note stating the purpose of the payment. We receive many payments, and often the person taking the reservation by phone is not the same person who opens the mail. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

YOUR PAYMENT CONFIRMS YOUR RESERVATION:
No seats are held without payment. If we are turning customers away and we have not received your payment, your name will be removed from the reservation list and placed on a wait list, after a call notifying you of this.

DAY TOURS:
PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

MULTIPLE DAY TOURS:
$75. -$150. Booking deposit required to hold your seat.

BALANCES:
All balances are due 45 days prior to departure of the tour unless otherwise indicated at the time of booking. WE DO NOT SEND NOTICES ON BALANCE DUE - NOTE that all balances and TOUR PROTECTION PAYMENTS are due AT LEAST 45 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.

REFUNDS are given if a cancellation is made 45 days prior to departure. No refunds are given if made within the 44 days from departure, unless we are able to resell your seat.

CANCELLATION PROTECTION:
Cost: $7. Per day, effective 45 days prior to departure. (Multiply the number of days of your tour by $7. and enclose with your final payment.) This protection must be purchased 45 days prior to departure and mailed in with your final payment. It is activated in the event of an illness or death in the immediate family. Notification of cancellation must be made before the tour departs. Certain tours, as indicated in description, may require a higher payment.

DEPARTURES:
Regular scheduled departures are from New Castle, PA and Boardman, OH, Ellwood City, PA. Group pickups can be arranged for larger groups, but a group must consist of at least 10 to qualify.

BREAKAWAY TOURS provides an Experienced Escort on each public tour. Our escorts carry out the fine details of our tours. They are friendly, professional people who are available to answer questions and handle emergencies. For your enjoyment, each escort provides appropriate entertainment and refreshments throughout the tour. GRATUITIES FOR THE ESCORT AND DRIVER ARE GIVEN AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND ARE APPRECIATED! (One dollar per person per day is suggested.)

ATTENTION GROUPS!!! - Any destination your group is interested in can be specially planned just for you!! Private group tours are lead by the group leader unless an escort is requested. If you group is fewer than 30 or so people, you may wish to join us on one of our already planned tours! If you have at least 10 people, a pick up in your area can usually be arranged.
