Join us for the legendary experience that is Christmas at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel. This multi-acre complex is decorated with millions of lights, both inside and out, and hundreds of trees and decorations. It is a sight to behold. After our first day’s travel, the evening will be at leisure to enjoy the hotel or to wander next door to Opry Mills Mall to finish Christmas shopping. You may wish to take advantage of your ticket for the Delta Flatboat scenic ride INSIDE of the hotel! Following an included breakfast buffet and a leisurely morning, a luncheon river cruise on board the fabulous General Jackson, complete with entertainment, will be on tap. Later today, the Christmas experience, “Ice” is included to see life sized ice sculptures and even to slide down the ice slide if you dare. This evening the highlight will be the show at the Grand Old Opry. After once again enjoying the breakfast buffet, our coach will take you to downtown Nashville where you may choose to visit the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Ryman Auditorium or just take in some live music and lunch at one of the many Honky-Tonks on North Broadway. This is always a highlight!! We will return in time to relax before the evening dinner show (Stars TBA). Next morning, it’s time to head north after one last breakfast buffet. With lunch included in Newport, KY at Hofbrauhaus, we’ll arrive home mid evening. This is a wonderful Christmassy time, and this is your year to enjoy it.
