To beat the Texas heat, we have moved this popular trip to October, although, as we all know, you can’t second guess Mother Nature!  
San Antonio’s River Walk is a sight to behold!  The over 14 miles of great restaurants, picturesque walkways, shopping, hotels, charming arched stone bridges, and just plain jaw dropping beauty, must be seen to be believed.  Our hotel, the Drury Inn & Suites, is directly on the Riverwalk. Airfare is included with this package from Pittsburgh Airport.  Also included is a narrated boat tour of The Riverwalk, and a two-day pass for the on-off trolley, and admission to the 750-foot Tower of the Americas.  It is easy to get to such sights as the Alamo, La Villita, an artists’ village, The Pearl or one of the historic missions. The light show at San Fernando Cathedral is easy walking distance as is the Fiesta shopping area.  Your time will pass quickly here as you drink in the ambience, enjoy the cuisine, and sightsee.  Our hotel includes breakfast as well as a happy hour with free alcoholic beverages and heavy appetizers (enough for dinner if you like). If you are looking for something different, this is it! Our groups in the past have had a wonderful time.
