LANCASTER “MOSES”/STRASBURG RR 
ELVA’S CHALK TALK/CHOO CHOO BARN

Enjoy a quiet morning ride, and find yourself in Lancaster, Pa to have lunch at Kitchen Kettle Village where homemade foods and goods are plentiful. After lunch we will depart for the Strasburg Railroad where we will travel by train and enjoy a 45-minute Murder Mystery! Next, we will visit Elva Hurst, a former Old Order Mennonite woman, who offer insights into Plain culture with a story that comes to life (and lights up) before your eyes due to her amazing chalk artistry! After the chalk talk, we will enjoy an included dinner buffet at Miller’s smorgasbord before going to our hotel, The Country Inn of Lancaster, where the rest of evening is yours to relax. The next morning after a hearty breakfast, we will enjoy the Choo Choo Barn! A 1,700 square foot train layout that features over 150 hand-built animated figures and vehicles and 22 operating trains…we guarantee the Choo Choo Barn is like nothing you have ever seen! After that we will depart for Sight and Sound for the showing of “Moses.” Set adrift as a baby, he is an unlikely hero — until God calls him to lead His people out of Egypt and into the Promised Land. Journey with Moses as he ventures through the wilderness, encounters God at the burning bush, and ascends to the top of Mount Sinai. After the show we will head to Hershey Farms for a family style Amish lunch with plenty of time for shopping before our departure home.
